Cross country practice:
Did around a 10 minute warmup. Stretch. 35 minutes of laps around a big grass field, switching from fast pace to a slower tempo every other lap. 10 minute cool down. Ab workout (30 second intervals of about maybe 8 or 9 exercises. Stretch.
